The hotel rooms were very spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, they weren't cleaned during my stay, and the towels were not replaced. Additionally, there was a strong cigarette smell in the room. On the bright side, the hotel service was exceptional, as they even went out of their way to congratulate my wife on her birthday. The location, although not ideal and slightly far from the city center, offered a wonderful and serene atmosphere. The dining experience, while tasty, lacked hot chocolate for kids and had a slightly limited sweets offer. The facilities were satisfactory, but there were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and the cigarette smell, affecting the overall stay.
